DANCE FITNESS

A fast-paced follow along dance fitness class, incorporating resistance bands into cardio and conditioning sections of the class. Finishing with a fiery choreo that is learnt through repetition, with as little rests as possible.

All levels are welcome and no dance experience is needed. This is just 50 minutes of your week just for you, to get out, work-out & dance-out.

Ages 18+.
